I am passionate about sharing my value for therapy to deepen self awareness and pursue a meaningful, authentic life. I'm excited about my professional life and enjoy collaborating with my clients each session which is reflected in my attitude and cost aware pricing.

 

When working with clients, I strive to individualize my therapeutic approach to best match each their personality and goals. However, you are the expert in your self and will play an active role in harnessing your strengths with my support. My person-centered style addresses trauma-informed care, family of origin issues, adjustment and major life transitions, anxiety and mood disorders, grief and loss, existential concerns, and women’s issues. At the core of my work is attunement to relationships, both with the self and others. I believe the quality of our internal and external relationships play a key role in how we shape our lives. 

 

Therapy with me will often incorporate elements from psychodynamic therapy, emotional focused (couple & individual) therapy (EFT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), narrative, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) in conjunction with mindfulness. In addition to the modalities listed, I like to use expressive arts, podcasts, books, and more.
